Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During peak periods, processing times may be extended, but we will communicate any delays via email.

Order Cut-Off: 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time, New York). Orders placed after cut-off will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Orders over $45: Free shipping
  • Orders under $45: $9.99 USD flat rate

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Handling time: 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday)
  • Transit time: 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday)
  • Total delivery time: 4-6 business days

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's status via USPS, UPS, or our dashboard.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Not applicable for U.S. domestic shipping. International shipping is unavailable at this time.

7. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

In the event of failed delivery attempts, incorrect address information, or unclaimed packages, orders may be returned to us. We will notify you if this happens and arrange for reshipment, which may incur additional shipping fees. You are responsible for providing a correct address.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@alphajacketco.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
