You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

3. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in resellable condition.

  • All original tags must be attached, and items must be in their original packaging.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

5. Clearance and Sale Items

Clearance and sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions outlined above.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@alphajacketco.com. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.

7. Return Shipping Costs (Non-Defective Returns)

  • If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (e.g., changed mind or ordered the wrong size): the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

  • Return shipping labels are the customer's responsibility.

8. Restocking Fee

There is no restocking fee on any returns.

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
